Delivery Rate

  • Standard Delivery: $25 
  • 1 hour time slot between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 1 hour time slot, e.g. 10 am to 11am /5 pm to 6 pm 
  • Flexi Delivery $22
  • Flexible 3 hour time slot, 11AM to 2PM, 2PM to 5PM, suitable for balloons as a gift.

 

  • Kindly note that we are unable to deliver at a specific time due to traffic condition, E.g. My party start at 10am, please delivery at 10am sharp.
  • Delivery time for non standard delivery depends on driver’s schedule, any specific time request will not be entertained.
  • All helium balloon has limited floating time, select timeslot closer to event time.

Special Request Timing

  • Delivery before 10 am is $40
  • Delivery before 9.30 am is $50
  • Delivery before 9 am is $60
  • Delivery before 8.30 am is $70
  • Delivery before 8 am is $80
  • Delivery before 7.30 am is subjected to availability and delivery fee is $100 to $150.
  • Delivery between 7 pm to 8 pm is $50
  • Earlier time or later timing is subjected to availability
  • All discount code does not applied for special delivery time-slot

How to select your delivery time?

  • You can select your date and time in the checkout page
  • The date calendar and time list will show the available time slot for delivery and self collection
  • Please indicate whether you require helium balloons delivery at the same checkout page
  • For special time slot, please check with us for the availability

Delivery Notes / Tips

  • Please ensure there will be someone receiving the balloons on the delivery date and selected time slot.
  • Kindly note that actual delivery time might vary from 30 MINUTES before or after your selected delivery time-slot due to unforeseen weather and road traffic conditions.
  • Delivery date should be the same as the actual event date,  select a time slot that is before the start of the event. E.g. your event starts at 5:00 PM, select the 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and write start time in the note area during the checkout. This will ensure the balloons should arrive before your event.
  • All Payment must be cleared before the delivery, we do not accept cash on delivery.
  • Please place the order at 1 days before your event date, this will allow us to have sufficient time to ensure your balloons are well-prepared.
