1. Does Funlah have a physical store in Singapore? Do you accept Walk-Ins?

We are not a retail store and we don’t accept walk-in. Funlah is a full-fledged e-commerce online store as such we do not have a physical showroom.


2. How is your customization process for helium balloons?

Personalize/Customize balloons are not complicated. Simply key in your customize message and let our team do the job. If you have a particular idea in mind, text us first before placing your order.

3. Can I change the color of the balloon string?

Our balloons are mostly attached with GOLD/SILVER color balloon string. Should you need your balloon string in other colors, you may indicate your request at Check Out under other comments section before payment.


4. Can I mix and match the balloons that I like and have them tied into a bouquet?

Yes, please leave your request at Check Out under Leave a comment section. Please state your request clearly. This is fully flexible.


5. I need the items urgently, can I self-collect my items at your warehouse office?

All order place online can be collected the day after (*except for items which require Personalization such as Party Packages) Same day collection please text us if we are available to cater to your order.
Please place your order at www.funlah.com and opt for Self-Collection at Check Out. You can whatsapp us +65 8882 8123 before ordering so we are notified before receiving your order. Our warehouse office is located at 140 Paya Lebar Road #02-06 S(409015), (Opposite Macpherson MRT Exit A). Our collection time slot is 30 mins, starting from 10 to 12pm daily and 2 to 4.30pm (Tue to Sat).

6. How many days in advance do I need to place my order for my event/party?

We strongly encourage you to place your order at least 3 working days in advance for personalized balloons and 6 weeks before your party event to reserve your time slot for Setting up/Delivery/Self-Collection. If you require Same Day or Next Day delivery, please text us at +65 8882 8123 to check availability.

7. Can I make an order through Phone or WhatsApp or Email?

We do not accept orders via phone. Orders have to be made through the website. We do accept requests for custom party/event orders. Contact us through Whatsapp +65 8882 8123 or email us at [email protected]


8. Do you only ship/deliver to Singapore?

Unfortunately, we only deliver within Singapore.

For Helium Balloons Delivery: Funlah delivery team will do the delivery (including Helium Balloons and/or other items which you’ve purchased) at your preferred date, time and location.

9. Can my order fit in my car?

Generally, about 20 balloon latex balloons can fit in the back seat of car.
24″ bubble / balloons can fit in the back seat of car.
Not all sedan can fit a 36″ balloon, we recommend at least a MPV or SUV with back door. All balloon should not be placed in the car boot due to heat. We recommend to opt for funlah delivery if you are getting our balloon packages. 


10. Cancellation of (order / item in the order)

Please note that cancellation of whole order below $100 : Admin charges $10

Cancellation for whole order above $100 : Admin charges $20

Cancellation of individual item in an order: Admin charge 10% of item’s price.

Refund amount for non fulfilled orders will be total amount paid less admin charges.

For change of mind, we allow redemption of order within 180 days from order date, do let us know your new date. Otherwise, your orders will be removed and voided, no refund will be made.

Do note that refund may take 5 to 14 working days, as we does not receive the amount you paid immediately and bank has their minimum days for processing.

11. Do you provide helium gas inflation service if I have my own balloons? 

Unfortunately, we do not provide helium gas inflation service. Alternatively, we do sell disposable party helium gas tank HERE

12. Do you provide setup service if I have my own balloons? 

Unfortunately, we do not provide service to setup for balloons not purchase from funlah.com, even if you have other order from us.

13. Does your balloons come with setup? 

Delivery does not come with setup. Most of our balloons are inflated before delivery, except for those flat packaging items. Setup service for our balloons are from $40 onwards and subjected to availability and scope of work.

14. Does Funlah provide Helium Balloon Delivery within Singapore?

Yes Funlah provides Helium Balloon Delivery within Singapore from $25 onwards. We deliver everyday from Morning 10 am to 6pm unless otherwise stated. Surcharge applies for locations in Jurong area. Delivery before 10 am and after 6pm is subjected to availability and additional fee applies, check on the link below to read on the additional details.

15. Does Funlah supply Helium Gas tank rental service?

Sorry, Funlah does not provide Helium Gas tank rental service at the moment. Alternatively, we do sell disposable party helium gas tank HERE


16. How to purchase Funlah’s party package?

Funlah has instant packages that include backdrop and rental at an additional cost. All our instant balloons packages products are readily available for purchase and self-collection at www.funlah.com

17. Why no one is picking up my calls?

To keep our cost low, we do not have a dedicated customer service to answer or reply you on time. Most of the time we are busy preparing balloon orders especially during Morning rush or peak days on Fri, Sat, Sun and PH. We will try to reply you when possible. Sometime the phone may be out of battery or no one is in the office to pick up your call. Sorry for any delays.

18. How can I preview the wording on personalised balloon?

Our design team can provide a mockup of the text artwork upon request for 24″or 36″ balloon if order is placed at least 5 days in advance. 2 Minor change is allowed on the preview mockup, Design must be finalised at least 1 day before the delivery date. No mockup will be provide for other personalised balloon. Additional mockup draft is chargeable at $10 per draft.

19. I have made an order from your website, is my order confirmed?

Thank you for your order. Your order will be processing once payment has been cleared. Kindly ensure your email address provided in your order is correct, please check your email within the next 48 hours upon ordering.

19. Return and refund policy?

The following only applies to product except for any balloon that is inflated by normal air or helium. All items are carefully inspected before mailing out. Funlah only accept non inflated balloon items refund due to manufacturing defects within 14 days from the date of delivery. Kindly mail the item back to us to proceed with refund.
