1. Orders Can Be Placed On Our Website
- Personalized balloons must be placed (with payment done) at least 1-2 DAYS in advance. For urgent orders please contact us via email: [email protected] / phone +65 8882 8123
- Kindly select Self-Collection and your preferred collection timing during check-out
- Please ensure you are punctual as balloons are prepared according to your self-collection timing.
- Funlah reserves the rights to propose a different self-collection time-slot and you shall be notified via phone call should we are unable to cater for the particular time slot.
2. Collection Address & Timing
Our collection address:

- You may drive up to level 2
Easy accessible by MRT or Bus
- 3 minute walk from Macpherson MRT, exit A
- Nearest bus stops: 72069 & 71161
- Mon to Sat (10 AM to 5PM)
- Sun (10 AM to 12PM)
- Earlier time or later timing is subjected to availability
3. Payment Methods
- We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) and Credit Term Payment
- Available PayNow
- Available Credit/Debit Cards (VISA/Master/Amex) for online order
4. Order Confirmation
- An email will be sent with order details
5. Quote your Order Number/Name during Self Collection
- We will prepare the balloons approximately 1 hour before collection time. You may also appoint someone to collect on your behalf simply quote your order number or confirmation email upon collection.
- Please check the condition of all the items/balloons upon receiving them to ensure no discrepancy. You may RE-COLLECT the items at our office should there be any exchange required.
- No exchange/refund is allowed once items are handed over in good condition
- We are not liable for any burst balloons once items are handed over.
